How do subscriptions work?
Our subscriptions deliver automatically on your schedule — either every month (15% off) or every two weeks (20% off). You choose what works best.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. To qualify for our subscriber discount, there is a 2-payment minimum. You can cancel anytime after the second charge.
Can I pause or skip a delivery?
Absolutely. You can manage your subscription via your customer portal or by contacting support.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S.-based partners for fast and reliable delivery.
Where do you currently ship to?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. We’re working on expanding — join our email list to be the first to know when international shipping is available.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track My Order page any time.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, oral strips and opened coffee cannot be returned.
